The main idea of the project is to create a family home with expressively designated functional areas, as well as harmoniously blend into nature and open up views of the garden of the site.
The final shape of the family house is presented as a mass divided into 3 functional zones:
· technical area with the main entrance to the building, garage, laundry and work area;
· common (recreation) area with living area, kitchen and dining room;
· private area with bedrooms with garden view and private bathroom for family members.
The material with a recreation function is moved to the maximum allowed position from the land border to create an open terrace of the family house, which continues to the opposite land boundaries. To achieve a larger volume of the building shape, the central masses are extended in the height direction. There is a large garden in the eastern part of the land, therefore, in order to achieve harmony with nature within the concept, the roof of the family house is equipped with vegetation, and the facades of the walls are filled with natural ecological wood panels, except for the garage, which is filled with natural bricks amen.
The house is designed on base strips 500 mm thick, on which 300 mm pohotherm ceramic bricks are layed, wraped in 120 mm stone wool thermal insulation. The internal load-bearing masonry is made of 250 mm thick porotherm bricks and the partitioning non-bearing partitions are made of 140 mm porotherm bricks. The roof is designed as a flat vegetation, wraped in 180 mm thick fibran xps 300-l thermal insulation.
