Idea projektu

In order to improve the quality of education, provide comfortable conditions for recreation and promoting active interaction between students in the academic environment, the creation of student learning centres and multifunctional educational spaces. The main goal of such initiatives is to create places for the introduction of active learning methods, facilitating interaction between students and teachers, organising extracurricular informal learning, and facilitating individual and group work of students, while filling the premises with recreational areas and places for rest. The created environment environment fosters leadership skills and teamwork, promotes independent learning and significantly improves the psychological state of students.
The main idea behind the concept of the interior design project was to create a multifunctional center for education and leisure for students and young people. The task was to design a comfortable and convenient space for extracurricular learning, where students could study, relax, develop skills and spend time with like-minded people. The basis of the functional planning solution was the division of premises into different zones of the formal and informal educational process.

Popis projektu

This project consists of the following parts: planning and drawings made in Autodesk Revit , and visualizations that reflect the visual solution of the project.
The hall, lecture theatre and coworking spaces were selected for detailed visual design. The overall style solution is characterised by the use of natural colours and materials, plenty of lighting, and plant decoration. This concept allows us to integrate modern teaching methods into the space, use the latest technologies and fill the premises with comfortable and ergonomic design elements.

Technické informace

The space developed in the project is located on the second floor of the "X-Plaza" shopping and office center located at: Mykola Bazhana Avenue, 2,
Kyiv, Ukraine. The area of ​​the premises is 1395 m². Ceiling height 3,900 mm. There are two stairwells on the floor: the main one – 94.6 m² with stairs and two cargo-passenger lifts and the auxiliary one – 21.4 m² with spare stairs. The walls are made of foam blocks, the partitions are brick and monolithic columns are located at intervals of 6 m². Due to the large number of windows in the room has a lot of natural light, which makes this choice the premises are ideal for designing an educational space.
