The project aims to design Universitas Ciputra Jakarta on a 10,000 m² plot in Kawasan Ciputra International, prioritizing aesthetic value and cost-efficiency while responding to local conditions. By utilizing wind gusts through an aerodynamic tower design and incorporating facade shading, the project enhances energy efficiency and comfort. The design includes distinct zones for parking, public space, an auditorium, and educational buildings, ensuring functionality and sustainability. The goal is to create a modern, efficient educational institution that harmonizes with its environment and contributes positively to the urban landscape.

The design utilizes wind gusts through an aerodynamic tower structure and incorporates shading on building facades to enhance energy efficiency and comfort. Technické informace

The Universitas Ciputra Jakarta project features a building design with a central core and cantilevers. The central core, housing essential facilities like staircases and elevators, provides enhanced stability and strength. Cantilevers add aesthetic value and create extended spaces without numerous supporting columns, offering more open areas and natural shading. This design reduces direct sunlight exposure and aids temperature regulation, enhancing energy efficiency. Overall, the project aims to create a robust, safe, innovative, and environmentally friendly structure.
