In the modern world, where the emphasis is on a healthy way
life and physical activity is becoming more and more noticeable, the role of fitness clubs in
everyday life of people is growing significantly. Fitness clubs have long ceased to exist
to be only places for training, turning into centers of socialization,
recreation and health maintenance. That is why the design of fitness clubs is gaining
of particular importance, affecting not only the comfort of visitors, but also their motivation
and general perception of sports

Popis projektu

The entrance area, like the whole room as a whole, should impress the visitor with its
in contrast to the premises of the shopping center. It will be on the left
there is a group training zone, separated from the hall by a glass partition.
A little behind it will be a rest area, equipped with comfortable sofas,
cooler and tables. From there you will have a view of the group training area
and reception. A bar will be located immediately behind the recreation area, where
visitors can purchase drinks and water.
A zoned ring will be placed in the conventional center of the room
four columns. It is better to place the cardio zone near large panoramic ones
windows so that visitors can watch the incessant movement during training
cities The free weights area and the cardio area will be located near the opposite wall. Not
