Sun Path

Idea projektu

The idea of this project is to create a place where people can relax on their holidays, vacations, etc.. and actually be able to enjoy the view and the mediterranean sea. That is why i created a simple axis that is inspired from the sun path, from east to west where people can walk through it and enjoy the sea view from the beginning of the site till they reach the sea. Also, this axis created zones, public and private zones, introverted and extroverted zones, which compliments the main idea of creating a Beach resort more eco and family friendly.

The main problem I tried to solve while designing my project is the need of creating green spaces, because in Lebanon, the green spaces especially in the city totally disappeared. Creating Green spaces is essential in this project, people can benefit and reconnect to the nature, not only the sea but also the greenery which will help their well-being. creating a more sustainable beach resort.

Technické informace

Our scope is to use materials available in my region, Lebanon, so the use of materials is mainly natural stones help ensure that each building lives up to its intended purpose without damaging our beloved ecosystems, also i used wood and glass and of course greenery to create shaded spaces since the project is located in a heated weather area.
