Project Concept and Context
The project entails the design and construction of a highrise building that will serve as the headquarters for a bank. This design is deeply rooted in the concept of the local community's historical banking system, reflecting its heritage and traditions. The building will comprise two towers, connected by a 55-meter long curved bridge, presenting a significant structural challenge.

The architectural vision for this project emphasizes the seamless, curvy form of the building, which ensures that it offers a unique view from every angle. This innovative design aims to instill a sense of pride within the community, symbolizing both progress and respect for historical roots.

Goals and Objectives
Design Excellence: To create an iconic building that represents the bank's status and the community's historical banking traditions.
Structural Innovation: To successfully engineer and construct the 55-meter long curved bridge connecting the two towers.
Aesthetic Appeal: To design a building with a seamless, curvy form that provides a unique visual experience from all perspectives.
Community Pride: To develop a landmark that enhances community pride and becomes a symbol of the area's cultural heritage.
Functional Efficiency: To ensure the building meets all the operational needs of the bank headquarters, offering a practical and efficient workspace.

Technické informace

The structural system chosen for the building form is a
combined system of incorporating a Framed system, a
Truss system, and a core system. The Framed system
provides lateral stability to the building, while the Truss
system provides efficient support for the bridge loads.
The core system, on the other hand, is responsible for
housing the building's elevators, stairs, and other
essential services.

This combined system ensures that the building will be
able to withstand extreme weather conditions and
remain stable and safe for its occupants. Additionally,
this structural system allows for efficient use of space,
providing maximum flexibility for the building's design
and functionality.

The bridge connected with a supportive truss system
connected directly to cores of the two towers. The truss
system provide structural support and allow for the
bridge to have a longer span. The two towers acted as
anchor points for the bridge, ensuring that it remained in
place and did not sway or collapse under pressure.

The foundation system for the building with two towers and a
podium will consist of pile foundations for the towers and a
mat foundation for the podium. This combination offers
structural stability ensuring nondependability of the towers
and podium. Pile foundations efficiently transfer building
loads to stable soil layers, handling the concentrated loads of
tall structures. Pile foundations are suitable for challenging
soil conditions, such as soft soil or high water tables, ensuring
stability and integrity.
