The proposed aquatic center is a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the diverse aquatic needs of the community. Combining recreational, competitive and therapeutic aquatic activities, the center will be a dynamic hub of health, well-being and social interaction. it is made up of two buildings, one of which to the East serves as a swimming competition hall, DIVING POOL, spectators, restaurant, Medical Room, main room, services and the second to the West serves as a leisure pool for entertainment, games. for kids. swimming pool, shops, gym, aquarium, exhibition space, conference room on the ground floor and on the first level we have spa, sauna, medical room, the entrance to the basement is specially used for parking and the technical spaces which are: mechanics and pumps, general control room, water analysis room, electrical room, water maintenance room, storage of water tanks, we create a bridge to allow people and visitors to access it directly without crossing the road in order to avoid traffic jams and road accidents. for the landscape, we are creating two parks, a water park and a nature park, to provide recreational opportunities for all age groups.

The construction of the building is a hybrid structure. Tensile structures are curved between the support elements in a way that reflects the flow of tension forces within the membrane. These curvatures are anticlastic in nature, as the membrane material can only be subjected to tensile forces and not pressure. To ensure the stability of the membrane structure, anticlastic curvature is imperative. The anticlastic deformation associated with a mechanically applied prestress leads to a stiffening of the surface and therefore to the desired and statically calculable rigidity. The greater the deformation, the lower the applied preload forces, which ultimately result from the external wind and snow load in the static calculation. for the facade, we took into account the intensity of the light and initiated the movement of the facade elements allowing more or less light penetration into the interior of the building. The facade is made up of three identical elements and we create openings. The idea is to use light and views to create an identity and integrated presence to the exterior and interior space. The second layer of facade involves reducing the intensity of light entering the building.
