my parents always told beautiful sorts about their childhood like how to spent their childhood. Like they used to play at all brothers and sisters in courtyard. At the end of the day, when the grandfather returning to the hime, they sheared to tell everything to everyone on the courtyard like a celebration. Many times this courtyard tie to became for them Dining Room. Then they also play in the river or pond, played in the open field in the rainy days. But I have no such a sophistication because I have not had like that environment. Even then, I got my younger i had a big porch where I could play. I got big roofs where I used to play with my friends. In this environment, the porch has worked as a communication space in Architectural language. Through which the communication with the another family’s. And the open terrace worked as a vertical social gathering space. Where everyone was gathered together and celebration of the time.

We inspired from this kind of memories. That's why our inspiration was: housing create memories.

In the meaning of present housing, we understand that the vast majority of the rooms 12 '* 12' with the 3 '* 4' porch. Where there is no communication of family to families, there Isn't have any playing space for kids. But if we notice our village pattern then we can see that the people of the village are not busy in the whole day, after a time of the day, they returned home and sitting in front of their house or their courtyard and shared their story with the others members. These things build their communication skills and connectivity with family to family, person to person. Also this space is an ideal place to play for the children. In all, this environment of the village stands in a beautiful way of a man.

As our site besides the Dhaka-Mawa highway, we have created a traffic zone/station along for the housing people. Where people can get off the bus and go inside the housing by riding a 3-wheeler.
We keep primary roads 20' wide, secondary roads 10' wide. Which will also be used for the movement of people on the side of the 3-wheeler or vehicle movement road. Along with 5' sidewalks on both sides of the road. Since there were roads in the rural areas, we thought of the sidewalks as hard pavement and later as soft pavement. Our road connectivity also provided emergency access on 250'-320' radial area in the housing zone.

We have placed the public parking and the bazaar at the beginning of our site and along the main road so that it can be easily accessed from the main road and we thought that these 2 functions can be used not only by the people of the housing but also by the people outside. So that social connection of housing people with outside people will be created. Then the housing people will get a refreshment / recreational zone at the entrance of the housing. Where people can use it as a recreational area while entering or leaving the housing. The recreational area is surrounded by trees and its level is -4' from the plinth level. So that the place can refresh people with a different environment from the outside noise. Where people can sit by the water and enjoy the shade of trees and a pleasant play of sunlight.

We have placed the bank on the market side. We have provided a housing society room. Where this housing committee will stay. We have provided an art and craft training center which is located side to the school. Because we thought that since this housing is for low-income people, the women here can send their children to school and get training from here and earn their own income. They can also take care of their children. And the school is designed for 250 students.

We have designed some local hotel with parking. And we distributed the local shop in 200'-300' redial area. The local hotels have indoor outdoor space. We have designed a clinic for the people of only this housing. Where other treatment including first aid will be given. We have designed a mosque for 1500 people. We designed a cattle house. Where we have provided all the functions for rearing 60 cattle. We have provided an organic farming area. Where some part of the surplus of cattle house will be used as Shar.

We have created a central cultural hub in the housing estate. Where people can do all kinds of activities from morning walk, play-dusting to bik chat.
We provide hydroponic agriculture system. Where fish and vegetables will be produced together. Cattle house, Organic farming, Hydroponic, these functions will fulfill some of percentage the needs of the people along with employment for the housing people. We design some water body. Which can keep the housing environment cool as well as hold the rain water as worked rain water storage.

Technické informace

We design clusters with 3 types of forms. Where 3-5-8 families can stay on each floor respectively. This 3-5-8 was the number of people's family members based on our site visit and from there we are inspired to distribute the family number in the forms. Normally, if a form or building is placed in North-South direction, then the North-South facing 2 sides of that building only get the North-South Facilitate. Again, since the wind in our country comes from the south-east. So we rotate our forms 45° to face south-east instead of facing north-south. In this, all 4 sides of each form are getting North-South Facilitate and South-East wind is also getting well. For this all the units in our 3 forms are getting equal environmental consideration.

We have tried to provide 3 types of units. Which are 1-2-3 bedroom units respectively. In some cases, we have to arrange the units a little differently like 20sqft up or down. We have tried to provide Total 1648 of units. In other words, an attempt has been made to arrange the units by keeping the DNA of the unit together. We have tried to provide some sharing space, double height space, open to sky space in the units. Where people can communicate with the neighboring houses even from their own house. Besides such interesting space of the unit, we have also given some vertical social gathering space in our form or building. Where people can gather and build community.
