The idea of this project is to build nice cozy and modern house for a family in new neighborhood

This projects consist of living area on ground floor which includes living room, kitchen, dining room, guest bathroom, technical room and terrace, up in the livable attic there are two rooms for kids, one master bedroom with balcony, bathroom and office. On the plot are four parking spaces.
Technické informace
The construction of the building is made of brick Porotherm 44 t, the roof is made of wood, insulation and trapezoidal plate. Floors are wooden floating and underneath is reinforced concrete
