Idea projektu

The renovation process is driven by a desire to provide a unique seafood dining experience. This unique experience is inspired by one of the main strengths of Sang Seafood de Meer restaurant, which is their fish market, always giving a fresh impression to every dish. To reinforce this narrative, we developed the concept of an aquascape seafood restaurant, further emphasizing the freshness of the seafood dishes at Sang Seafood de Meer.

The scope of this renovation process covers all aspects of Sang Seafood de Meer restaurant, including the exterior of the restaurant, the interior layout, the interior design, and the roof structure of the restaurant.

Technické informace

Most of the interior materials of the restaurant underwent changes during the renovation process. The majority of the interior now features double-layered wallpaper, and various organic materials such as tree branches and stones are used in the aquascape. The restaurant's flooring was also updated to natural stone materials.
