the idea of this project is the problem to create a UC Jakarta campus that combine the aesthetic, economic, and maintenance aspects.

This building uses a metaphor method derived from the word integrated. According to Mr. Harun (Director of Ciputra Group), integration is needed in developing the spirit of entrepreneurship (according to UC's vision ‘IPE’). So, integration is realized in terms of mass, façade, and spatial system in this building. The façade of this building has a repetitive rhythm and is consistent in laying. This is because of the integration concept applied to this building. The façade also uses low-E glass material to reduce reflective properties that are not good for the surrounding environment.

Technické informace

The construction of the building is made of aluminium frames, low-E glass, and use space truss for the bridge.
