Concept:

The house is designed as a modern interpretation of traditional Central Asian architecture, combining classical elements with modern amenities. It will be built from handmade bricks, which are a hallmark of the region.

Facade:

• The house will have a traditional style exterior with brick, carved wooden doors and stained glass windows.
• The facade will be decorated with geometric patterns and tiles in ocher tones, inspired by Central Asian crafts.
• The courtyard will have a garden with a fountain and traditional plants such as pomegranate and roses.

Layout:

• The rooms are planned based on the mentality of Central Asia.
• Multi-room apartments consist of 2 parts: “ichkari” and “tashkari”. The “ichkari” includes a kitchen, bedroom, nursery, common room and sanitary facilities. The “tashkari” includes the living room, namozkhona, and takhorakhona. • Large windows and balconies will serve as the main living space, providing natural light and ventilation.

Interior:

• The interior will be decorated in a modern style, but with elements of traditional Central Asian culture.
• The walls will be decorated with decorative plaster or woven wall coverings.
• Traditional handmade carpets, cushions and textiles will be used.
• Furniture will combine modern and traditional elements made of wood and metal. • The furniture is arranged taking into account the Qibla

Sustainable Features:

• The house will be built using traditional Central Asian construction methods, which will provide natural insulation and ventilation.
• Energy efficient windows and lighting will be used.
• Rainwater will be collected and used to water the garden.

This low-rise brick house project in the traditional Central Asian style combines cultural heritage with modern comfort, creating a unique and authentic living space.

Each house consists of 3 blocks. The total number of apartments is 50. Apartments are divided into 5 types depending on the number of rooms. almost every apartment has a balcony and terrace

Technické informace

Structural system:

• Frame made of monolithic reinforced concrete: The main load-bearing frame of the building will be made of monolithic reinforced concrete. This will ensure strength, durability and earthquake resistance.
• Brick Infill: The spaces between reinforced concrete columns and beams will be filled with brickwork. Handcrafted bricks made by local artisans will add authenticity and aesthetic appeal to the building.

National technologies:

• Use of handmade bricks: Handmade bricks are a traditional building material in the region and provide excellent thermal insulation and sound absorption.
• Carved Wood Elements: Traditional carved wood elements will be used to decorate the façade and window frames, adding local flavor to the building.
• Ceramic tiles: Colored ceramic tiles will be used to cover the facade and create decorative elements that reflect the national culture.

Modern technologies:

• Energy Efficient Windows: Energy efficient double or triple glazed windows will be installed to reduce heat loss and save energy.
• Facade insulation: The facade will be insulated with modern materials such as mineral wool or expanded polystyrene to provide thermal insulation and reduce heating costs.
• Smart home systems: Apartments will have smart home systems installed, allowing residents to control lighting, heating and other functions using smartphones or tablets.

Layout:

• The building will have a rectangular layout with a central entrance and staircases.
• The apartments will be designed to suit modern housing needs, with spacious rooms, large windows and balconies.
• The ground floor will contain commercial premises such as shops or cafes.

Sustainable Features:

• Use of eco-friendly materials: innovative bricks that recycle waste and produce electricity. Bio-building bricks are capable of absorbing resources from sunlight, wastewater and air. The bricks can be connected to each other to create a “bio-wall” that can be used in housing, public buildings or office spaces. • Each block will contain a microbial fuel cell filled with programmable synthetic microorganisms.
