This project aims to establish a place where individuals can find solace and unleash their suppressed dreams and aspirations, especially after the war that our nation has endured. The youth has struggled to find outlets for their freedom or express their hopes, nor have they received any support. Thus, the project was an Opera house, a place where diverse emotions intertwine, including love, tragedy, drama and a fusion of various art forms like visual arts, acting, and singing. As individuals strive to convey messages to the audience, Opera serves as a potent mirror, reflecting our sentiments to the world in the most impactful ways. Throughout history, opera has been associated with noble meanings such as art, culture, and civilization, serving as a reflection of the development of the artistic community. The concept for this project was inspired by the wings that enable individuals to soar with joy when they practice their talents and pursue their cherished dreams. It is a place where individuals can freely express themselves and narrate stories that captivate the audience's attention. Finally, It is a space where artists can soar with their multiple talents like free birds in the vast sky, sharing their innate gift with the world.
The project consists of various spaces, such as a main theater where performances are held, as well as two additional theaters for daily shows or different lectures. It also includes a large music library and an electronic library on the first floor. Furthermore, the project features an educational institute for music and drama, in addition to the available amenities such as a restaurant and cafes. The basement comprises various workshops.
Local materials from the surrounding environment were utilized in the construction of the opera house, and modern techniques were employed in roofing. Wood was used in the facades to symbolize the diverse musical instruments, whish were displaced as a musical sound frequency to give the viewers a hint.
