The primary goal is to establish a venue that not only functions effectively as a boat club but also exudes aesthetic charm, symbolizing refinement and embracing the essence of a maritime lifestyle.

The core concept of the project is to create a boat club that seamlessly integrates with its natural environment, providing a lavish and practical setting for boat enthusiasts. The project will carefully address the distinct architectural needs of a boat club, maximizing the utilization of the waterfront locale and cultivating a hospitable ambiance for both members and visitors.

Technické informace

This project was integrated with a simple and minimalist way of thinking rearranging the floors in ways that provide scope to have a whole surrounding view from each level and enough semi-outdoor spaces to enjoy the serene marine views from the project itself.
