L'idée de ce projet émane d'un problematique que fait face la région de l'Est de la République démocratique du Congo , une zone riche en pontetielle naturel et belle environnement , cependant , jusqu'à ce jour non exploiter , d'où ce projet touristique visant non seulement à ouvrir la région au porte du monde mais aussi à apprendre à ses habitants comment conserver la nature grâce au maison de l'environnement que nous y avons intégré

Le projet est subdivisé en 4 grandes parties :
Une maison de l'environnement pour l'apprantissage au estivants à comment garder la nature
Un Yatch Club pour de expérience de villégiature sur le lac Kivu
Des Lodges et des studio pour le logement

An environmental house for teaching summer visitors how to conserve nature
A Yatch Club for a resort experience on Lake Kivu
Lodges and studios for accommodation

Le projet est étendu sur le long du lac kivu à plus ou moins 1464m à 1475m d'altitude , avec une configuration présentant une pente de 8 et 12 %
