Idea projektu

One of the most important problems is the improvement of the environment and the organization of a recreation park for the whole family.
The purpose of the development of this project was the arrangement of an abandoned territory called Chemordachka, located in the city of Rostov-on-Don. Previously, the Rostov Port was located on the site of the park, which is currently not in operation. There are piers on the shore that remind of the former purpose of this territory, currently they are skeletons of reinforcement and concrete. If we consider the location of the park in a compartment with everything, then the place for the future park was chosen successfully, since there is an exit to the Don River, and also because a hundred meters from the park there is a new residential complex "Derzhavinsky", whose residents need a place where they can relax after a working day and take a walk with the whole family.
The relevance of the project being developed is due to the fact that landscaping and landscaping is the most important area of activity. Thus, conditions are created for a healthy, comfortable, convenient life both for an individual at the place of residence, and for all residents of the Kirovsky district, as well as territories nearby to Chemordachka.

It is planned to organize recreation areas for various categories of the population in the park:
1) children's recreation area with a playground for active games;
2)catering area with food court;
3)family recreation area with barbecue
4) walking area (floating bridge)
5)administrative and household area (parking)
6)Quiet recreation area (small areas with benches, landscape maze, amphitheater)

Technické informace

The park's shapes are inspired by the Don River and its smooth flow. That is why the park organically fits into the natural environment and creates a convenient place of rest for all families.
Since it is planned to make a natural park, most of the structures should not distract the visitor's attention and harmonize with each other. Most of the structures are made of concrete structures, and the railings are made of glass so as not to create obstacles for the visitor's feelings. The main thing in the project remains nature and the possibility of creation behind its constant changes.
It can be said that this project will allow to realize many needs of residents of different ages of the Chemordachki district in leisure, recreation, sports and entertainment, preserve traditional and develop new forms of the entertainment industry, reduce environmental pollution, increase ecological culture and literacy of the population, improve the aesthetic appearance of the territory.
