The planning alternative is the social alternative that achieves high population density without exaggerating the vertical expansion. This was achieved by using three models of connected, separate, and tower housing, in addition to a popular housing model that is the heart of the project and its idea, and achieves contrast with the neighboring elevations, and confirms the historical identity and the importance of man in the countryside without obliterating the current identity. to town

Technické informace

The construction materials were simple, reinforced concrete loaded on the columns in the connected and separate models, and reinforced concrete mixed between a supporting core and columns in the towers, while the popular housing was with traditional construction materials of clay that give the rural character with paved streets that emphasize the human preference and importance.
