Idea projektu

The shifting trend of mall visits in Jakarta has been increasingly felt since the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020. Although Central Park Mall and Taman Anggrek Mall are one of the malls with highest number of visits during the pandemic, the downward trend in the number of visits remains a scourge. The problem research was carried out using quantitative qualitative methods, through questionnaires, surveys, and direct observations on the site to find out factors that might be optimized to keep the two buildings commercially excellent. The problem that occurs is the lack of access and connectivity between buildings and public transportation facilities.
