Idea projektu

A residential sectional house is being designed in Penza at the corner of the intersection of Tsiolkovsky and Udarnaya streets, along the red line of development. The obvious features of the street are the predominance of low–rise houses (2-3 floors, rarely 4-5), brick buildings. So the main concept of the development was to maintain the existing environment with the gradual integration of modernity.

This project presents a 4-5-storey sectional residential building, in each section of which there are one-room, two-room and three-room one-story apartments. In the end sections there are four-room apartments. The peculiarity of the building is the different levels of each block.
The purpose of the project was:
- Creation of comfortable housing
- To treat the existing building delicately
- Arrangement of the yard territory and its rational zoning
- Providing comfortable trains
- Providing an accessible environment for low-mobility groups of the population

Technické informace

A system of load-bearing columns was chosen as the supporting structures. The design scheme was chosen with the expectation of the possibility of changing the planning structure in a single apartment. On the ground floor, in the part where it is not quite comfortable to have living quarters, because of the windows on the roadway and on the pedestrian sidewalk, there are wheelchair spaces. To provide an accessible environment for low-mobility groups of the population, elevators are placed in each section, and smoke-free stairs are arranged to ensure fire safety.
In order to harmoniously fit the building into the environment, the project uses panoramic glazing with a semi-mirror effect in the areas of the summer rooms of the apartments.
Landscaping of the territory was carried out for the estimated number of residents in accordance with local regulations. The yard area is divided into zones. There are areas for quiet recreation for adults, a playground area for children 0-3 years old, a playground area for children 7-14 years old and a sports area.
