Idea projektu

To design a suitable space, a new generation architectural solution for a multicultural activity but
unite them as a single entity through various methodologies.
Objective:
● To observe and analyse the communal changes in transformation of material environment
and relatable neighbourhood with the agenda of defining ‘culture’ in its various forms.
● To systemise the cultural aspects into one coherent body of knowledge from inside as well
as outside the building.

Popis projektu

The term ‘culture’ is undergoing a comprehensive process of renewal, which is progressing simultaneously along several trajectories. The studio discuss on how a ‘cultural lab’ would interact and intervene into an urban context and among other things, how it deals with the messages that the building should convey and the activities it should encourage with the neighbourhood context. The intention of a Culture Lab would be to house multi-character but act as joint single entity in encouraging and enhancing the local culture.

Technické informace

DESIGN IDEALOGY:
The usage of levels was the main idealody for the design, and the
veiw point of the creek was used as a central axis for the design.
The structure was equally balanced by enclosed and open spaces.
The landscape was planned in such a way that it will merge with
the design and get a appealing identitiy of a zone. The form was
derived from many different forms and ended up in circle by
breaking the monotony . the tensile roof and curtain walls become
the main identity and fiunctionality of the structure bu providing
proper natural light and ventilation.
