Idea projektu

The project of the Psychological Rehabilitation Center in Lviv comprises two buildings located on a single plot of land. They are situated amidst newly designed residential developments in Lviv. The facility consists of a three-story main building with a separate two-story sports area. The main building is composed of four parts, forming a cuboidal volume, with an attractive atrium located inside.

Popis projektu

At the ground floor level, there is an entrance area with an open staircase. The restaurant area and services are situated around a covered courtyard. The upper levels house 1-, 2-, and 4-bed rooms, as well as doctors' offices and rooms for group therapy and individual therapy. Inside the atrium, there are extended communication areas for meetings. A separate building houses a sports hall with locker rooms on the ground level and grandstands on the upper floor.

Technické informace

The building was designed using a timber frame construction method, specifically the CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) system. It is a three-story structure without a basement and features a flat roof. In the center of the building, an atrium covered by a glass roof, supported by wooden beams, has been incorporated. Part of the communication system is supported by glulam poles. The foundation takes the form of a reinforced concrete box.
