Ndjamena, the capital of Chad in Central Africa, is a city of considerable economic and political importance. Situated on the
banks of the Chari River, it plays a central role as the country's administrative, commercial and diplomatic center. However,
despite this importance, Ndjamena still lacks a modern business center that meets the needs of companies.
To fill this gap and stimulate the city's economic development, a state-of-the-art business center project has been proposed. The
project comprises two emblematic towers: Horizon 35 and Line Center. Horizon 35 will be a business hotel offering rooms, suites, a
restaurant, a gym, conference rooms and even a casino. The Line Center, meanwhile, will be an office building featuring closed
offices, open-plan workspaces and conference rooms.
The project is designed to meet the needs of companies operating in Ndjamena by offering modern, functional facilities. It will
