Idea projektu

The concept of the house has two main pillars: an architectural component and also an autism spectrum disorder component.
For the architectural component, it was necessary to point out the main advantages of the territory, among which the Slavičí údolí belongs in particular. When I visited the territory, I found this to be a clear genius loci. I made sure that a view of this nature reserve was allowed. It was also necessary to respond to negative circumstances, in the form of public roads. An important part was the creation of an intimate garden space, the creation of a smaller screen in the form of a flowery meadow.

For the autistic component, it was necessary to meet all the requirements associated with this mental disability. The importance of creating zones, especially in the children's room. Elimination of visual smog, which is an element related to the work zone so as not to disturb the child's attention and concentration. This problem is solved by the Nebesys system. The importance of the connection between their world and family members, i.e. the entire space that surrounds it, is indisputable.

Popis projektu

The main living area is clearly defined as a house with a gable roof, which is even easier to understand for a boy with an autism spectrum disorder. A semi-public space was created in front of the house, which fulfills the function of both a covered entrance to the house and a possible covered parking space. The entrance area gradually expands into a private garden. And thus it connects to the line of recessed mass (part of the bedroom). The living space is partially open to the ridge and thus creates a clearly defined view of Slavičí háj. On the 1st floor there is also a sauna, a swimming pool and also the office of the investor - lawyer, with its own toilet. The staircase leads to the gallery, which also serves as a play area for an autistic boy. From there to the other children's rooms and the bedroom. The bedroom has a view of Slavičí háj. All rooms have their own sanitary facilities and a dressing room.
The garden is created especially with regard to the privacy of the space, for that reason a sunken fireplace was created, which is covered on both sides by a flowery meadow and several fruit trees. Garden tools are in storage.

Technické informace

The building is made of sand-lime blocks, which have excellent thermal and technical properties, on which insulation is made with a ventilated gap and a final wooden cladding. The house is based on concrete foundation passes, on which a reinforced concrete base plate is made. The horizontal supporting structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. A glass facade is designed on the south facade, which aims to provide a view of Slavičí háj.
The main point of interest from a technical point of view is the Nebesys system, which from the exterior looks like a classic wooden cladding, but from the interior it is made as a glass facade, i.e. a skylight. This element brings enough light into the space, but does not heat it up in the summer.
The house is heated by underfloor heating, the source is an air-water heat pump. Electricity is additionally produced using photovoltaic panels. Rainwater is stored in a retention tank to water the garden. When the tank is full, the water is trapped in the trapping boxes.
