URBAN VILLAGE FOR 4500 RESIDENTS

Idea projektu

The purpose of this project is to create conditions for mass living and recreation of urban residents. Organize an accessible and functional environment for leisure.

"Urban-type settlement for 4500 inhabitants" was designed in the Rostov region, in the city of Novocherkassk (2nd climatic region). More than half of the population will work in agricultural production, located within transport accessibility. In the village there is a production and communal storage area with sanitary protection zones of 50 m.
In addition, there are administrative buildings, household, cultural and entertainment services for the population.
This project is close to the plan of the city of the future Ebenezer Howard. However, it excludes the emergence of satellite cities themselves, which, according to Howard's idea, are located on the periphery of the village, which hinders its further development.
Abstractly, the village project is divided into 12 parts. As planned, each part is a zodiac constellation (Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces). Therefore, looking closely, you can see the configuration of the paths in the form of an ram sign, two twin towers, the location of houses and alleys according to the constellation of the zodiac sign, etc.
The project of the village is quite promising, because the district has the necessary industrial buildings, transport, water and railway lines, etc.

Technické informace

The greenhouse is made of a metal frame with glass. The main type of residential buildings is brick.
