In module housing we most of time compromise on the social Sustainability of the building which is the main key factor of our daily life.
So, the aim of this design is to break the notions of housing by Creating 3 dimensional community.
Where we can live all our daily activities on which we are compromising.

Popis projektu

Lokamanya nagar is a centrally located residential colony developed by mhada for the flood affected people of pune (Maharashtra,INDIA). It is abutting on shastri road as given in the plan and has approx. Area of 61000 sqmt. It is one of the first of its projects by MHADA developed in early 60s of last century. The area has its own unique character and with changing time aspirations of the residents have been changed. To take advantages in development control and promotion rules some residents initiated a discussion on the issue of redevelopment of the area.
