The scope of the project is to create a stunningly beautiful and luxurious hotel that is designed to provide guests with the ultimate accommodation experience. The hotel will be designed with deluxe, standard, differently abled, and presidential suites to cater to a wide range of guest preferences. The suites will be designed to be spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished with modern amenities such as air conditioning, high-speed internet, a mini-bar, a safe, and more.
The hotel will feature an underground parking area that is easily accessible to guests, as well as accessible fire, exits that ensure guests' safety in the event of an emergency. The hotel's spacious lobby will be beautifully designed with lush greenery, delicate sculptures, and elegant finishes to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.
To enhance the guest experience, the hotel will feature a range of amenities that include a spa, gym, terrace restaurant, and aqua area. The spa and gym will be fully equipped with modern fitness and wellness equipment and will offer guests a range of wellness services such as massages, yoga classes, and fitness programs.

The terrace restaurant will provide guests with stunning views of the surrounding area, with an outdoor dining area that is perfect for enjoying a beautiful sunset while savoring the delicious food on offer. The hotel will also feature hyrdoskin on the facade, which will help reduce the hotel's carbon footprint, making it a more environmentally friendly establishment.

Technické informace

The technical specifications for the construction of the luxurious Hotel Zelena are as follows:

1)Foundation and Structure:
The hotel will be constructed on a reinforced breathing-concrete foundation with piles for support and less carbon footprint.
The structure of the hotel will be made of reinforced breathing-concrete columns and beams, with hollow concrete blocks used for the walls and sustainability.

2)HVAC System:
The hotel will be equipped with a central air conditioning system to provide a comfortable environment for guests.
The HVAC system will be designed to regulate temperature, humidity, and air quality throughout the hotel.

3)Electrical System:
The hotel will have a complete electrical system that includes power distribution, lighting, and communication systems.
A backup generator will be installed to ensure power is available in case of an outage.

4)Plumbing and Sanitation:
The hotel will have a complete plumbing and sanitation system that includes water supply, waste disposal, and fire protection systems.
Rainwater harvesting and a septic tank will be installed to minimize water waste and reduce the environmental impact of the hotel.

5)Elevator System:
The hotel will have a modern capsule elevator system present at the center of the building with a manual staircase that provides easy and efficient transportation for guests and staff as they are located at the center of the building making it easy for anyone to move to any destined space quickly.

7)Fire Safety:
The hotel will have fire detection and suppression systems throughout the building to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Accessible fire exits will be installed to facilitate evacuation in case of an emergency. the fire exits are located at the nearest possible spot in the building.
water sprinklers are installed in every space and the water storage has enough water capacity in the basement to spray water in the building for consecutive 60 minutes giving enough time for the fire extinguishing squad to arrive and reducing the fire strength in the meantime.

8)Interior Design and Finishes:
The interior design of the hotel will be focused on luxury and comfort, with a range of materials and finishes used throughout the hotel to create a welcoming atmosphere.
The hotel will have a total of 102 bedrooms including deluxe, standard, differently abled, and presidential suites, all of which will be designed with high-end finishes and furnishings.

9)Sustainability Features:
The hotel will have a number of sustainability features, including hydroskin on the facade, rainwater harvesting, and a septic tank. The Facade collected water droplets from the humid air breezes and rainwater to collect them in the water tank for reuse reducing water loads and making the building sustainable and fresh as the facade also creates a lively interior environment.
The design of the hotel will incorporate green building practices to reduce its carbon footprint and impact on the environment.
Overall, the technical specifications of the hotel will ensure that it is safe, comfortable, and environmentally sustainable while providing guests with a luxurious and unforgettable experience.
