Idea projektu

The main concept of the project is to create a new and interesting place, suitable for all people who want to experience Croatia in a new way. The 21st century is a time to create sustainable projects for future generations to enjoy. Nature has long been "inviting" us to take care of it and appreciate what we have. The 21st century is the time to listen to her words. Miris Garden is a project fully tailored to the needs of modern man and satisfying all his needs. At the same time, it is nature-friendly and offers a way of life in harmony with it.

The 20th century was the century of the industrial revolution. Of course it affectec strongly the shipping industry and the construction of ports. From an environmental point of view, this has huge negative consequences and irreparably disturbs the balance in our seas and oceans.
"SEASHELL" marina is inspired by marine life and pays particular attention to the biological balance in the seas and oceans, while at the same time fully satisfying the needs of sailors and visitors. The shape is inspired by the perfect spiral in the seashell structure. The construction is wooden and maximally harmless to the marine environment. Along the entire length of the beach, a promenade with a natural shape, covered with wooden decking, is planned. It offers leisurely walking, jogging or relaxation. Distinctive objects along its length are observation towers and shady pergolas made of wooden construction, which are aesthetically designed in the spirit of the entire complex. Pontoons allow pedestrians to walk over the water and enjoy sea breezes. Several cafes or small shops are planned in the figurative nature of the shopping center. The entire coastal structure is connected to the complex by pedestrian walkways. Right in the center of the harbor is an arch, in the style characteristic of the project, which becomes an emblematic accent for Miris Garden. Its characteristic image and attractive location in the sea, between arriving and departing boats, make it an excellent location for organizing personal events, such as weddings, birthdays, marriage proposals, etc.

Technické informace

The construction is entirely wooden, without the use of monolithic construction. Easy possibility to move or add the additional architectural elements. A traditional and centuries-proven technique was used to build such facilities.
