The seaside sandstone villa project focuses on creating beautiful spaces for relaxation by the Adriatic sea. The villas are designed to fit into the local landscape aesthetically and functionally. The aim is to create villas that have an magnificent view to the seaside with a feeling of luxury and cozyness. The villas are designed to be a romantical and comforting space for a getaway.

The project consists of 36 villas that differ in 3 size types.
Medium villa gross area 119,3 m2
Large villa gross area 151,4 m2
Suite villa 200,6 m2.
The villas are designed to fit into the local landscape. The architectural language of the villas is related to local traditional Croatian architecture and is integrated with modern elements in an organic combination. The main materials used are sandstone and locally sourced timber that gives the villas a beautiful accent.
All villas have an infinity pool with a panorama view to the seaside. All villas have a large outside terrace with seating and lounge areas. The suite villa has an additional outdoor kitchen and bar area + firepit area. All floorplans have been designed to upbring the emotion of a comforting villa experience.

Technické informace

The construction of the villas is made out of prefabricated concrete panels and blocks. This makes the construction easy and fast. In addition the prefabricated panels are easy to reuse and recycle at the end of their lifecycle. The concrete is covered with sandstone plates. All villas are constructed on concrete piles in a way that they do not interfere with the landscape. The villas are equipped with solar panels on the rooftops for the best energy efficiency results. Furthermore, the villas have timber shading systems that help keep the interiors cool and cooling costs low.
