Multifunctional Residential Center in Rostov-on-Don, Russia

Idea projektu

My concept was to make it multifunctional not just by adding some public part to it. I wanted to make different kinds of the residential part either to satisfy most buyers requests and make the residents varied. That leads to a friendly neighborhood.

Popis projektu

The project has public part which separates the yard from the street. On it`s roof a recreational space is planned so not to waste the space. There is a supermarket and a caffeteria there, which is comfortable. All the ground floors are public too. Office spaces are located there. Other parts of the project are residential buildings. There is a high rise, 5-floor and blocked buildings.

Technické informace

The construction system of the building is frame wall. All the constructions are monolitic reinforced concrete. The highest floor of the high rise building is technical floor.
