Idea projektu

Předmětem návrhu je novostavba polyfunkčního domu. Jedná se o stavbu, která je součástí nově vzniklého
urbanistického celku na pobřeží Bejrůtu navrženého v předdiplomové práci. Cílem projektu je navrhnout obyvatelům funkční celek
obsahující kancelářské plochy, fitness centrum, autosalon a několik komerčních jednotek.
Architektura stavby se snaží přiblížit trendům moderní architektury, která je mezi arabskou kulturou velmi oblíbená. Dominantu
navrhovaného objektu tvoří vertikálni fasáda, která je v přízemních patrech rozvlněná v horizontálním směru. V okolním parteru
budovy je velké množství místní zeleně integrované do organických betonových květníků, které tvoří zároven místo k sezení a odpočinku.
Toto řešení společně s vodním prvkem tvoří příjemný prostor jak pro veřejnost, tak i pro uživatele stavby.

The subject of the proposal is the new construction of a multifunctional house. It is a building that is part of a newly created one
urban complex on the coast of Beirut designed in the pre-diploma thesis. The goal of the project is to propose a functional unit to the residents
containing office space, a fitness center, a car dealership and several commercial units.
The architecture of the building tries to approach the trends of modern architecture, which is very popular among Arab culture. Dominant
the proposed building consists of a vertical facade, which is undulated in the horizontal direction on the ground floors. In the surrounding parterre
building, a large amount of local greenery is integrated into organic concrete flower beds, which at the same time form a place to sit and relax.
This solution, together with the water feature, creates a pleasant space for both the public and the users of the building.

Popis projektu

Okolí navrhovaného objektu lemují dvě pěší trasy. První trasa vedoucí okolo parku směrem k vodě a navazující
promenáda kolem moře. Cílem bylo vytvořit harmonický předprostor pro uživatele a návštěvníky budovy, ale také
pro veřejnost přicházející z centra urbanizované oblasti podél moře.
Dlažba v okolí byla zvolena velkoformátová betonová světlé barvy. Veškerá zelen a palmy jsou integrovány v organicky
tvarovaných betonových květnících, které jsou svou výškou navrženy tak, že tvoří prostory k sezení. Toto
řešení má za úkol minimalizovat mobiliář a zdůraznit křivolakost betonových prvků. V jejich okolí je navržen lem
z kamenné dlažby, který je opticky odděluje od světlé betonové dlažby.
V návrhu je uvažováno s velkým množstvím zeleně a palem, které stíní a zajišťují příjemné mikroklima společně s
vodním prvkem, který tvoří fontána.

Two pedestrian routes surround the proposed building. The first route leading around the park towards the water and connecting
promenade around the sea. The aim was to create a harmonious vestibule for users and visitors of the building, but also
for the public coming from the center of the urbanized area along the sea.
Large-format, light-colored concrete was chosen for the surrounding paving. All greenery and palm trees are organically integrated
shaped concrete flower beds, which are designed in such a way that they form seating areas. This
the solution aims to minimize the furniture and emphasize the curvature of the concrete elements. A border is designed around them
of stone paving, which optically separates them from the light concrete paving.
The proposal considers a large amount of greenery and palm trees, which shade and ensure a pleasant microclimate together with
the water element that forms the fountain.

Technické informace

Konstrukční systém budovy je navržen jako železobetonový skelet se ztužujícími jádry. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou tvořeny lehčenými
obousměrně pnutými deskami U-boot. Objekt má 10 nadzemních podlaží a střešní kavárnu. V suterénu se nachází 3 podlaží garáží a
technické zázemí.

The structural system of the building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton with stiffening cores. Horizontal structures are made of lightweight
bidirectionally tensioned U-boot boards. The building has 10 floors above ground and a rooftop cafe. In the basement there are 3 floors of garages and
technical background.
