Idea projektu

1. Ferdowsi's Shahnameh was written during 30 years, and according to this issue, we built the building on 30 columns, and also placed an evergreen collection of 30 cypress trees in the open air.
2. Design and attention to Ferdowsi tomb
Due to the fact that the total volume of Ferdowsi Tomb is built on four pillars, our total volume consists of four cubes and the volume of the upper floor is located on these four cubes.
3. Design and use of geometric proportions
By researching Seyhoun's architecture, we came to the point that proportions were abundant in his works. As a result, we also built our overall volume according to the desired proportions and specific geometry. In interior design, like Seyhoun, we put many fractures in the walls and interiors, as well as the forms that Seyhoun used in the interiors and exteriors of the tombs of Ferdowsi, Nader Shah Afshar and Kamal al-Molk in a modern and We used the update at the entrance of pause spaces and communities and interiors.
4. Design and attention to the materials used in the tombs
In the tombs of Ferdowsi and Nader Shah Afshar Seyhoun has used a lot of marble and black stone of Mashhad and this was done due to the cold and temperate climate of Mashhad. As a result, the materials used in this work are marble for interior spaces and The main element of Ferdowsi has been used in the view of our central box, and also brick has been used in the main views due to its high thermal resistance

5. Observance and respect of climate and environmental conditions in Mashhad
Due to the traditional architecture of Mashhad on all four sides, the facade is such that the number of windows and openings is more limited and the shape of the windows and openings is elongated and narrow.
In summer, comfort can be provided in Mashhad with the help of awnings and natural air flow. We also provide comfort in design by planting cypress trees and installing water features and the correct orientation of the area and opening its four sides to the air blinds. Did we.
In winter, due to the low relative humidity and dry air, as well as the existence of Binalood mountain range in Mashhad, and considering the wind direction in the cold months, we put very few openings in the outer walls of the small house to save energy. To prevent.
6. Motor circulation
In the design of the small house, we tried to move people in such a way that people who enter this space can move between the designed volumes or easily access the desired space on the floors, as well as the gallery and office space with According to the request of the organizer of the competition, they have access to the conference hall and after the end of the program, the clients can easily leave the parking lot.
7. Pay attention to increasing social interactions
Given that in this space, social interactions should be increased. As a result, in the design, we placed open and semi-open pause and living spaces, both indoors and outdoors, and we also placed semi-open spaces on both sides of the site at the beginning of entering the complex to witness cultural and social interactions in the complex. Let's be.
8. Pay attention to spatial separation in design
According to the available spaces, we divided the collection into six different spaces, including office space, home office, education, services, conference hall, study spaces, as well as spaces related to children, each of which is located in its own volumes.
In the basement there is a conference hall and on the first floor there is a gallery, office and conference hall, services and caretaker, educational space and also on the second floor there is a library and museum of documents, a book store and cafe, a library and a children's space .

9. Design of Ferdowsi element in Khordsara collection
Due to the design of the Persian gardens, the element is considered to be in the center of this complex, and in each of its facades, due to the gap in the volumes, visitors outside the complex can also view it. Also, the element intended for this collection consists of a hollow box made of marble, which, like Ferdowsi's tomb, is located on a platform that has stairs on all four sides, and also poems from Ferdowsi are engraved on all four sides of this box.
And also inside this box is an evergreen survey. This cypress splits our high volume and reaches the sky, and this gap in volume shows the greatness of Ferdowsi.
10. Riding and pedestrian entrance design
On the entrance side of the complex, the entrance space, entrance and exit into the parking lot are considered separately, and the main entrance of the complex is considered between the entrance and exit space of the car.
In designing the entrance and entrance, we reached the volume that Seyhoun had used in both Ferdowsi and Nader Shah tombs, and its combination with parametric architecture creates a modern style of Seyhoun architecture.
11. Set green space
In designing the grounds of this complex, we designed two semi-open spaces, the architecture of which is partly taken from the tomb of Kamal Al-Molk (designed by Houshang Seyhoun), and the designed benches and living spaces have created a space for gathering around this space. In the living room, we placed cedar trees that have good shading in hot weather for the people gathered there.
