Theatre "Music Hall" in Kyiv, Ukraine on the shore of the Berkovshchina Bay

Idea projektu

This project was designed to fill the shortage of musical theaters on the left bank of Kiev. The basis of the spatial concept - an analogy with a sail - was inspired by the proximity of the Kiev Yacht Club

Popis projektu

The plot is located on the shores of the bay Berkovshchina on Poznyaki, 20 minutes walk from the metro station Osokorki
Today there is an area of spontaneous private housing here, which is gradually being replaced by high-rise residential and public buildings.
The master plan provides for the arrangement of beach and park recreational areas within the sanitary protection strip on the projected artificial relief
The purpose of the music hall is similar to Broadway theaters, there is an auditorium with a traditional stage and a concert hall with a freer space on the 6th floor.
