My main idea is the renovation and restoration of the architectural monument - the mill, as well as its territory. This structure consists of a complex of buildings: mills, warehouses, offices and employees tower. The main theme of the Museum - industrialization in the Kuban, which is the period of construction of the monument, as well as a reflection of the former functions of the building - flour mill. Modern Krasnodar is almost devoid of large public spaces with bright historical buildings. Therefore, the future appearance of the complex is based on the image of the center of the old European city. These are squares with old facades, streets, convenient for walking, full of cozy cafes and small boutiques on the first floors of the buildings. This is a friendly and comfortable environment for a person with good landscaping, where modern architecture gets along well with old facades, not only does not argue with it, but complements and emphasizes its beauty. The mill building has a beautiful historical appearance. In the architecture of the mill building sounded motifs and artistic techniques characteristic of the style of the period and today these buildings are a monument and a heritage site for what reflect the spirit and style of the century. Taking into account the former functional purpose of the territory, the aesthetics of the loft style will be close to the projected complex. Details of industrial architecture, red brick walls, a bit of brutality-the characteristic features of loft neighborhoods, which are created around the world in the former industrial areas of large cities. The use of simple but high-quality materials, such as brick, natural stone and metal, will link the facades of new buildings with the historical context. The project involves the creation of a single architectural appearance in a modern style for a complex of buildings using two materials: facing bricks of dark color with an aged surface and glass. The building after the reconstruction a new function. Also to the existing sorgenia is completed the building is reminiscent of the quarter, creating the architectural look of the last century. To get into the building will be possible through two entrances: the first-through the arched structure, getting into the interior courtyard, and the second - through the main entrance of the new extension, getting inside the Museum. The mill building will be the center of architectural and town-planning composition. The functional significance of the construction menyat on the cultural on the first two floors and office on the upper. This approach allows you to use the building as efficiently as possible. The new tower function is entertaining, it will be used as a diorama. On the territory of the courtyard will be located buffet.
