Idea projektu

The interior design facility is located in the city of Kolpino with a population of 149,156 people. The distance between St. Petersburg and Kolpino is 31 km, the city can be reached by various types of public transport: train, bus, minibus. The transport scheme shows bus stops, which are located within walking distance with a duration of 5 minutes. The suburb of the Leningrad region is famous for its history of Izhora factories created by Menshikov and a funny monument to a character from a Russian cartoon. The city gives a pleasant feeling when visiting, mid-storey buildings have a positive perception for guests and residents of the city. The design area is located at 38 Proletarskaya Street, there are two entrances to the territory from Vera Slutskaya Street - Western Side and from Proletarskaya Street - Severnaya Side.
The building for design was issued by the Department of DAS; at the time of issuance, the object was at the construction stage and continues to be completed to this day. During a meeting with a representative of a private customer, it was indicated that in the future they want to connect the issued object with the Mercury shopping center, which is located on the East side of the building at a distance of 30 meters. In my project proposal, I will configure three objects: the first object by my proposed function of a business center, a corridor with a cylindrical coworking space, which joins the Mercury shopping center.
it is noticeable that in the photographs the territory is in the process of construction, we will not dwell on this and move on to the concept.

Popis projektu

Starting with a retrospective reference and the study of historical facts in 1710, the construction of the first water-operated saw mill in Izhora influenced my further image of the idea.
Moving on to the concept, you can see the emerging image of the mill and the explosion of the diagram with the constructive. The image of the mill served as the basis for the image of the coworking building. I would like to reflect the creation of the motion effect in the interior of the premises. The image of lighting is reproduced due to the projection of the wind, this drawing shows the direction and circulation of the vortex, due to this, this type of lighting device is determined. I will propose two coworking spaces, one introduced into the central part of the business center, and the second located along the corridor connecting with the buildings. The view of the first coworking space is presented in the form of a tiered mill, where each tier is a coworking level, the tiers were shifted to create visual movement and are accompanied by a whirlwind in the form of lighting. The second coworking space took the form of a mill in the plan, in the center there is an elevator around which multifunctional spaces with equipment thematic in the context of the concept are located. A staircase is located along the perimeter along the facade, creating the illusion of turning each tier and repeating the turn of the mill around its axis.
The general arrangement of the premises is indicated on the floor plans. and numbered viewpoints of the renderings.
The floor-by-floor functionality assumes the following scheme
In short: 1-2 floor shops, 3 food court, 4th floor business center, 5 rooftop restaurant
• The office part is designed for 50 people + conference room

Technické informace

Let's move on to the construct. During the construction of the building, the height of the shopping center of Mercury was taken into account, both nearby buildings coincide with the values of the height marks, which allows them to be connected by the corridor I am designing.
The finished solution for the facade of the business center I proposed is made in the form of panoramic glazing made of German glass, in a row of which ocher-colored hinged panels are installed with different steps. The facade looks modern and the building as a whole evokes positive emotions aesthetically.
The connecting corridor I designed follows the current trend of the main façade. A truss is placed on the facade, which acts on the lower, middle and upper chords. To both parts of the building, the beginning of the corridor and the end are placed on branch columns, which reinforces the installation of an additional part of the building. The coworking Work Mill is installed with the same pitch of steel I-beams, which act as piles, also supported by half-timbered columns. The main supporting elements are taken out of the building and lined with corten. On the main façade of the workmill, perforated corten sheets are conceived to provide wind protection.
I would like to more expressively reveal the relevance of the chosen topic.
Freedom and spontaneous interaction are becoming an integral part of creative spaces. In general, the philosophy of the project is a mill object as a mechanism that moves the mental process of people. Also, the ecology of public space is one of the foundations of the philosophy of the idea, the project considers environmental materials: wooden flooring, colored concrete and chenille and courtesan, pleasant for tactile contact with furniture.
On the 5th floor of the business center, there is a restaurant with a roof exit. The choice of the restaurant's function was based on the need to provide a rooftop garden on an ongoing basis. The diagrams show landscaping, which is made in the form of an intensive type, combining artisanal plants and trees, and container type. Structural assemblies explain the sequence of layers, which include: substrate, geotextile, drainage layer, thermal insulation, waterproofing, and container or roof structure. The following plants are planted on the operated roof: wheatgrass, red fescue, Cossack juniper, reed grass, Scots pine, etc. All plants were selected taking into account climatic conditions.
Images of the interior of the coworking spaces in the workmill and business center. With a line of mafs in the form of closed and open booths. The projected space includes areas for networking, events, as well as services that are necessary to maintain: cafes, restaurants, exhibition halls, conference halls, show rooms, venues for business meetings and a lounge area on the roof. The entire infrastructure is open, which is available to all guests of the space.
In conclusion, I would like to say that the project includes solutions that will attract guests to a visit, perhaps even to a permanent one, which will have a positive effect on the existence and provision of the facility, as well as unusual planning and design solutions can affect the uniqueness of the facility. which will embellish the territory and fill it with positive impressions.
