Idea projektu

Green Modular is a project which the main goal was create a living space that will give everyone access to nature with a unique view. The main idea was to use the slope and flood plain obstacle as an asset to the project. The wetland with a slope was flooded with water, which creates an attractive space between the designed buildings.
The buildings consist of repeatable residential modules that create a green terrace layout. The floors descend gradually towards the water. As a result, each resident has their own green terrace overlooking the water.
