The idea of the project consisted in creation of the well-planned environment, creation of unusual forms of houses and modern idea of town planning

During creation of this residential district decisive factors were the proximity to the main highway and an outcome which at the same time was entry into the city. The building was decided to put in the project "candle" and to provide to residents of future residential district access to the city park. At the expense of an outcome the residential district is provided with direct entrance / departure from the city. The town-planning concept is created at the expense of accurate zoning of the territory.
Isolation of a residential zone from the main strip provides comfortable and healthy stay of people. The boulevard in the center of the residential district creates a comfortable environment for walks and walking distance to any point of the residential district. The boulevard directly leaves to future city park. The project provided kindergartens, schools, parkings and shopping center. Also in the residential district it is located offices and restaurants. Extensive social security of the residential district creates a comfortable environment where there is no need to leave the city to do shopping or for work.
