Idea projektu

Hlavní ideou bylo vytvořit místo obklopené přírodou poskytující klid a prostředí pro relaxaci a trávení času s rodinou a přáteli. Koncept návrhu vychází ze snahy najít rovnováhu mezi hmotou objektu, materiálovým pojetím a okolním prostředím.

The main idea of the project was to create a place surrounded by nature, providing peace and environment for relaxing and spending time with family and friend. The concept of the design springs from the endeavour to find a balance between the mass of the building, the materials used and the surrounding environment.

Popis projektu

Navrhované informační centrum vzniklo v rámci společného projektu s mými dvěma spolužačkami. Vytvořily jsme společný koncept, který jsme nazvaly kořeny. Následně každá vypracovala návrh svého objektu, na kterém jsme pracovaly samostatně. Pozemek se nachází na Pražských Malvazinkách. Za úkol jsme měly navrhnout změnu místního parku Na Pláni a vytvořit prostor pro rekreaci a odpočinek. Mnou navržené informační centrum tvoří ústřední kmen celého prostoru a od něj vedou cesty „kořeny“ spojující další budovy – fitness centrum, kavárnu a vyhlídku v korunách stromů. Informační centrum má sloužit také jako detašované pracoviště městského úřadu Prahy 5. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází informační centrum pro obyvatele Malvazinek a výstavní prostor sloužící k prezentování uměleckých děl dětí z místních škol. Dále sklad pro vystavovaná díla schodiště do vyšších pater, výtah a toalety pro veřejnost s bezbariérovým přístupem a toaletami pro hendikepované. V druhém a třetím nadzemním podlaží se nachází detašované pracoviště městského úřadu Prahy 5. Jsou zde umístěny poradenské služby – obor sociální péče, obor živnostenský a obor občansko-správní. Z druhého nadzemního podlaží je také přístup na pěší lávku, která vede na vyhlídku v korunách stromů. Na střeše objektu se nachází vyhlídková terasa s lavičkami. V podzemním patře je přístup do garážích, které se rozkládají pod celým parkem a slouží pro návštěvníky a obyvatele Malvazinek. Je zde k dispozici 120 parkovacích stání. Objekt je určen pro 15 zaměstnanců.

The proposed information center was created as part of a joint project with my two classmates. We created a common concept, which we called the roots. Subsequently, each developed a design of their object, which we worked on independently. The land is located in Prague Malvazinky. The task was to propose a change to the local park Na Pláni and to create a space for recreation and relaxation. The information center designed by me forms the central strain of the whole space and from it the paths "roots" connecting other buildings - a fitness center, a café and a view in the treetops. The information center is also to serve as a detached workplace of the Prague 5 Municipal Office. On the first floor there is an information center for Malvazinky residents and an exhibition space for presenting works of art by children from local schools. Furthermore, a warehouse for exhibited works, stairs to the upper floors, elevator and toilets for the public with barrier-free access and toilets for the disabled. On the second and third floors, there is a detached workplace of the Prague 5 Municipal Office. There are counseling services - the field of social care, the field of trade and the field of civil administration. From the second floor there is also access to a footbridge that leads to a lookout in the treetops. On the roof of the building there is a viewing terrace with benches. On the underground floor there is access to the garages, which are located under the entire park and serve visitors and residents of Malvazinky. There are 120 parking spaces. The building is designed for 15 employees.

Technické informace

Hlavní nosnou konstrukci objektu tvoří železobetonová konstrukce stěn, sloupů a stropních desek. Téměř celý objekt je tvořen prosklenými plochami. Fasádu objektu tvoří dřevěné lamely.

The main load-bearing structure of the building consists of a reinforced concrete structure of walls, columns and ceiling slabs. Almost the entire building is made up of glazed surfaces. The facade of the building consists of wooden slats.
