Idea projektu

Hlavní ideou bylo využít rozlehlého pozemku a vytvořit wellness centrum splňující všechny požadavky. Zařízení typu wellness by mělo zajistit služby, které lidem poskytnou péči o své zdraví a kondici. Navrhovaný objekt je jednopodlažní s jedním podzemním podlažím. Tvar objektu téměř kopíruje tvar pozemku. Jedná se o tvar s mnoha úhly, které lidi lákají, vzbuzující pocit mystiky, vzrušení a neznámé tajemno. Myšlenkou návrhu bylo vytvořit budovou, která sama o sobě bude lákat lidi k návštěvě, k relaxaci a odpočinku. Dominantním prvkem objektu jsou divoce lomené střechy pokryté měděnou krytinou v nejvyšším bodě dosahující výšky 24 metrů. Trojúhelníkové tvary a výrazné změny sklonů a výšek přitahují pozornost, na první pohled upoutají a jsou viditelné i ze vzdálenějších míst. Ostré hrany, přírodní materiály a spoustu zeleně obklopující celý objekt má vyzařovat klid a harmonii a vybízet k relaxaci těla i ducha.


The main idea was to use a large plot of land and create a wellness center that meets all requirements. Wellness facilities should provide services that provide people with care for their health and fitness. The proposed building is single storey with one underground floor. The shape of the object almost copies the shape of the plot. It is a shape with many angles that attract people, evoking a feeling of mysticism, excitement and an unknown mystery. The idea of the design was to create a building that in itself would entice people to visit, relax and unwind. The dominant element of the building are wildly angled roofs covered with copper roofing at the highest point reaching a height of 24 meters. Triangular shapes and significant changes in inclinations and heights attract attention, attract at first sight and are visible even from more distant places. Sharp edges, natural materials and lots of greenery surrounding the whole building should radiate peace and harmony and encourage relaxation of body and soul.

Popis projektu

Navrhované wellness centrum se nachází v Pražské Libni v ulici U Meteoru nedaleko Libeňského zámečku. Pozemek se nachází u hlavní dopravní tepny vedoucí z Holešovic na Balabenku. Naproti pozemku se nachází Grabova vila, psí louka a směrem na jih sídlí městský úřad Prahy 8. V okolí je mnoho parků, gymnázium, zámek, sokolovna, tenisové kurty a fotbalová hřiště.
Pozemek je mírně svažitý od severu k jihu. V severní části se nachází výjezd z hlavní silnice. Stávají vedlejší silnici je v návrhu zachována. Silnice v horní části zahýbá k pozemku a následně se stáčí na jih do podzemních garáží. Na pravé straně při vjezdu na pozemek bylo navrženo pár parkovacích míst pro invalidy a rychlé zásobování. Stávající komunikace dále vede ke spodní části pozemku sloužící pro dobrou dostupnost například záchranné služby. Okolo objektu jsou navrženy cesty pro pěší s lavičkami, jezírky a květinovými záhony. Každá zóna objektu má své únikové východy vyústěny do venkovního prostoru. V severní části pozemku podél hlavní silnice bylo vytvořeno chybějící pokračování chodníku s přechodem pro chodce pro snadnou dostupnost k objektu i ze severní strany. Z jižní strany byla zachována pěší cesta doplněna o cesty vedoucí přímo k objektu.
Hlavní vstup do objektu je umístěn v horní části pozemku na východní straně objektu. Hlavní hala vytváří srdce spojující celého wellness. Potkávají se zde vstupy do všech zón wellness centra. Pro zajištění kvalitních služeb všeho druhu objekt zahrnuje fitness centrum, bazény a sauny, zkrášlovací služby a gastroporovoz. Podél západní strany směrem na jih je umístěno fitness centrum se sály pro skupinové lekce a spinning. Dále sportovní hala s kurty pro badminton, squash a stolní tenis. Odpočinek a relaxaci těla nabízí mokrý provoz umístěn ve východní části ubírající se na jižní stranu. Zahrnující bazénovou halu s dětským bazénem, brouzdalištěm, jeskyní s vlnobitím, relaxační bazén s vířivkami a masážními tryskami, velké skluzavky a terasu nad bazény určenou pro odpočinek. V sousední části mohou návštěvníci využít masáže, kondiční bazén s masážními tryskami, Kneippův chodník, tichou odpočívárnu a uzavřenou část se saunami. Zahrnující parní saunu, bio saunu, tropickou saunu, solnou parní saunu, finskou saunu, infra saunu, caldarium – parní sauna s bazénem, ochlazovací bazének, ochlazovací vědro, ochlazovací ledovou tříšť a sprchy. Občerstvit se mohou návštěvníci ve společném bufetu mokré zóny. Pro zkrášlení svého zevnějšku wellness centrum poskytuje služby kadeřnictví, manikúry, pedikúry a kosmetiky. Beauty zóna je umístěna ve středu objektu s okny do oázy klidu směrem na západ. Na závěr je možné využít restaurace s barem a venkovní terasou umístěna v severním cípu objektu s okny na východ. Neméně významnou částí objektu je lidem nepřístupná zelená oáza klidu ve středu objektu. Oáza klidu s rostlinami, fontánkami, jezírkem s rybičkami a vodopádem a prvky japonské zahrady nabízí návštěvníkům vstupní haly, fitness centra, beauty zóny a mokré zóny pohled do zeleně evokující klid a harmonii. Parkování, zásobování, sklady a technologie jsou zajištěny v podzemním podlaží. Vjezd do podzemního parkování je umístěn ze zadní západní strany objektu.
The proposed wellness center is located in Prague Liben in U Meteoru Street near the Libeň Chateau. The land is located by the main artery leading from Holešovice to Balabenka. Opposite the land is Grab's Villa, a dog meadow and to the south is the city hall of Prague 8. In the vicinity there are many parks, a grammar school, a castle, a sokol hall, tennis courts and football fields.


The land is slightly sloping from north to south. In the northern part there is an exit from the main road. Becoming a side road is preserved in the design. The road in the upper part bends to the land and then turns south into the underground garages. On the right side at the entrance to the land was designed a couple of parking spaces for the disabled and fast supply. The existing road further leads to the lower part of the land serving for good access to, for example, rescue services. Pedestrian paths with benches, ponds and flower beds are designed around the building. Each zone of the building has its escape exits leading to the outdoor area. In the northern part of the plot along the main road, a missing sidewalk with a pedestrian crossing was created for easy access to the building from the north side. From the south side, the pedestrian path was preserved, supplemented by paths leading directly to the building.
The main entrance to the building is located in the upper part of the land on the east side of the building. The main hall creates a heart connecting the whole wellness. Entrances to all zones of the wellness center meet here. To ensure quality services of all kinds, the building includes a fitness center, swimming pools and saunas, beauty services and gastronomy. Along the west side to the south is a fitness center with halls for group lessons and spinning. There is also a sports hall with courts for badminton, squash and table tennis. Rest and relaxation of the body is offered by wet traffic located in the eastern part heading to the south. It includes a pool hall with a children's pool, a paddling pool, a wave cave, a relaxation pool with hot tubs and massage jets, large slides and a terrace above the pools for relaxation. In the neighboring part, visitors can enjoy massages, a fitness pool with massage jets, a Kneipp path, a quiet rest area and an enclosed area with saunas. Including steam sauna, bio sauna, tropical sauna, salt steam sauna, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, caldarium - steam sauna with pool, cooling pool, cooling bucket, cooling ice splinters and showers. Guests can refresh themselves in the shared buffet of the wet zone. To beautify its exterior, the wellness center provides hairdressing, manicure, pedicure and cosmetic services. The beauty zone is located in the center of the building with windows to an oasis of calm to the west. Finally, it is possible to use the restaurant with bar and outdoor terrace located in the northern corner of the building with windows to the east. An equally important part of the building is the green oasis of calm inaccessible to people in the middle of the building. An oasis of calm with plants, fountains, a pond with fish and a waterfall and elements of a Japanese garden offers visitors an entrance hall, fitness center, beauty zone and wet zone a view of the greenery evoking peace and harmony. Parking, supplies, warehouses and technology are provided in the basement. The entrance to the underground car park is located from the rear west side of the building.

Technické informace

Hlavní nosnou konstrukci objektu tvoří dřevěná rámová konstrukce se sloupy a nosníky zajišťující velká rozpětí. Lomené střechy jsou pokryty měděnými krytinovými pásy, které v některých částech pokračují podél fasády až k zemi. Zbytek čelní fasády je tvořen prosklenou fasádou zajišťující dostatečné množství světla. Uvnitř i vně objektu jsou použity zejména přírodní materiály jako je dřevo a kámen a dále sklo a kov. Hlavním doprovodným prvkem je zeleň, která obklopuje celý dům, proniká do interiéru a vrcholí v oáze klidu.

The main load-bearing structure of the building consists of a wooden frame structure with columns and beams providing large spans. Angled roofs are covered with copper roofing strips, which in some parts continue along the facade to the ground. The rest of the front facade consists of a glazed facade providing a sufficient amount of light. Inside and outside the building are used mainly natural materials such as wood and stone, as well as glass and metal. The main accompanying element is the greenery that surrounds the whole house, penetrates the interior and culminates in an oasis of calm.
