The town is dead, long live the village! The failure of modernism is leading to an exodus of people from the city. The village is the goal.
The project is linked to the specific village of Plaveč /Znojemsko/. where a strategy for the next 50 years is being sought. Community housing today and in the near future, or "you choose your neighbours". The search for an urban development strategy for the modern village and a housing model for nomads, freelancers, artists and tradesmen...
On the map you can find Plaveč about 10 km north of Znojmo. The village is situated in the valley of the Jevišovka river, which flows into the nearby Výrovice dam. Barvířka (south bank of the Jevišovka) offers a combination of privacy with a 5 minute walking distance to town. The natural boundary is formed by a separate river bank and a rapidly rising hill.
The main artery is a pedestrian zone with a footbridge over the Jevišovka. Around the pedestrian route there is quieter, mostly seasonal nomadic housing. Modular houses are located around the main road. forming housing for the more permanent residents of the community.

Město je mrtvé, ať žije ves! Selhání modernismu vede k odlivu lidí z města. Vesnice je cíl.
Projekt je navázán na konkrétní obec Plaveč /Znojemsko/. Kde je hledána strategie na dalších 50 let. Komunitní bydlení dnes a v blízké budoucnosti, aneb „sousedy si vybíráš“. Hledání strategie urbálního rozvoje moderní vesnice a modelu bydlení nomádů, freelancerů, umělců i živnostníků...
Na mapě naleznete Plaveč asi 10 km severně od Znojma. Obec se rozprostírá v udolí řeky Jevišovky, ústící do nedaleké Výrovické přehrady. Barvířka (jižní břeh Jevišovky) nabízí kombinaci soukromí s 5 mituvou dochozí vzdáleností města. Přirozenou hranici tvoří samostatný břeh řeky a rychle se važující kopec.
Hlavní tepnou je pěší zóna s lávkou přes Jevišovku. Okolo pěší cesty se rozprostírá klidnější, převážně sezónní nomádské bydlení. Kolem hlavní cesty jsou umístěny modulové domky. tvořící bydlení stálejších obyvatel komunity.
