The area is located in a quiet area of the Yellow Hill in Brno. The new building of the prevention centre consists of three interconnected masses situated in a semi-atrium position. It was important that the buildings were accessible from Tomešova Street and the newly created street. The courtyard offers an unobstructed view of Brno and the Pálava Hills.

The main entrance with the reception is located in the middle building. The counselling rooms and the outpatient clinic are located one floor above. The side wings are reserved for rentable premises and commercial outpatient clinics. There is also a gymnasium and, in the west wing, a lecture theatre, shop, café and administration offices.

The west wing of the second floor houses the imaging department, while the east wing has a separate area for physicians with offices and day rooms and four suites.

The top floor has an inpatient ward for 22 clients, with rooms facing south and west. There is an overhead connection to the Morávka Pavilion.
The building has an underground garage with 43 parking spaces. In the underground part opening from the hill to the outside, there is a reserved space for a future proton centre.

Řešené územi se nachází v klidné lokalitě Žlutého kopce v Brně. Nová budova centra prevence sestává ze tří navzájem provázaných hmot situovaných do polohy poloatria. Byla důležitá průchodnost budovama z Tomešovy a nově vzniklé ulice. Ve dvoře se otevírá nerušený výhled na Brno a Pálavské vrchy.

Hlavní vstup s recepcí se nachází v prostřední budově. V té se nacházejí poradny a o podlaží výše ambulance. Boční křídla jsou vyhrazena pro pronajímatelné prostory a komerční ambulance. K dispozici je zde také tělocvična a v západním křídle přednáškový sál, prodejna, kavárna a kanceláře administrativy.

V západním křídle druhého nadzemního podlaží je oddělení zobrazovacích metod, východní má oddělený prostor pro lékaře s pracovnami a denními místnostmi a čtyři apartmány.

V nejvyšším podlaží se nachází lůžkové oddělení pro 22 klientů, pokoje jsou situovány na jih a západ. Je zde nadzemní napojení na Morávkův pavilon.
Budova je opatřena podzemními garážemi s 43 parkovacími místy. V podzemní části otevírající se z kopce ven je vyhrazeno místo pro budoucí protonové centrum.
