INTERIOR DESIGN: CREATIVE DEPARTMENT IN AN ADVERTISING AGENCY

Inside the building represented by the former Cigarette Factory from Timișoara, on the ground floor, on the side related to the splash, there is the space - subject of the intervention. In the hypothetical context in which in a consistent sector of the former factory operates a medium-sized advertising agency in its full version, it is required to arrange in the given space of the creative department of the agency, considering that the other departments, including part of the production, is located in the same building.

An analysis of the historical and constructive evolution of the building to generate conceptual care is the basis of the arrangement. From the point of view of the constructive manufacture, 2 layers can be made, a prime layer is characterized by the presence of solid masonry walls for solid brick (with a thickness of 75 cm), a mix of floors with brick or metal with wood, therefore the material of the factory can be built, and of its layer it is represented by interventions and realized in the 80 'when it intervened by adding pillars, beams, reinforcing belts and plasters over the initial brick.
Thus, it can be seen that conceptually we have or the first stages in the care are valued cultural value and traditional architecture of the time, and in two stages of an evolutionary structure of the building are located conceptually or negation of historical values ​​in favor adopting principles of intervention using modern materials.
The existing proposed space for landscaping will be occupied by the department to create an advertising agency for the care of the media specializes in creating materials to use the technique of animals and graphics. The main concept of advertisers is communication between employees, working in groups, and can be open to the public especially for young people, and to quickly adapt new technologies. The clients of the agencies are clients from Romania, but mostly international. Many of the customers are very emerging, they can raise people who have to take care to grow strong and well-known brands. Integrating the arrangement with the spirit of the place Analyzing the context in the care, the implementation of the arrangement is made, considers that it is necessary to preserve and highlight the elements of care defined by the spirit of the place. Once man enters space he can observe the evolution over time of such space to become aware of its historical importance. The intervention strategy is based on evidence that two periods of care have left their mark on the evolution of the space. Specific to the first historical periods of industrialization in the evolution of space is the use of ace brick as well as a material that we have as objects, metal profiles, rolled wire, hollow path and copper elements. Thus, it is desired to use the representative materials for a revival the space for a minimal interpretation and to adapt the need of the beneficiary. The creative department is a mix of artists and people passionate about technology. In order to respond to the need for the care of people to occupy the space is to create an arrangement with minimal, neutral arrangements that do not contradict the two personal tips. Space will be characterized by functionality, especially for the care of staff working in the field of technology, taking care to combine with graphic and plastic elements that allow exploring the human subconscious through which not, by the contrast of formal elements, the use of materials, colors, and formations. as well as the application of the abstract concept.

The constructive system of the building
- load-bearing solid brick masonry - perimeter walls
- reinforced concrete frames (columns and beams), reinforced concrete floors, reinforced concrete secondary beams
Interventions are not allowed on the structural elements, on the exterior enclosures (exterior walls and carpentry) or on the elements in the common spaces.

Partitioning
Inside the space there is the compartmentalization "inherited" from the previous functionality - MISC Association. It is made of non-structural elements (20 cm thick BCA masonry), which can be preserved, demolished or modified, depending on the proposal.

installations
The interior water / sewer installations made are brief (1 toilet and 1 sink in the existing bathroom). They may be modified or supplemented, depending on the proposed solution.
The supply of domestic hot water will be achieved by local heating with "instant" type electrical installation, at the consumption points.
The air conditioning system (heating and cooling) is based on an air handling unit (CTA) located in the yard, inside being required specific piping, with absorption and ventilation grilles.
It is considered that the electrical installation (lighting, sockets, low currents) is not made.

Inside the space considered, it is required to make compartmentalization and an arrangement that customizes the following functions:
- office for creative director, with a small secretariat
- office for 1 art director
- office for 1 copywriter
- office for 5-7 graphic designers
- room for discussions, meetings, presentations
- reception, with waiting area, minibar, etc.
- kitchenette
- toilets
The spaces will be configured, dimensioned, furnished, and customized following the documentation of the functional theme, the analysis of the existing space, the generation of a strategy, in terms of a personal, argued concept.
