As a first design idea, the project emerged from the that connectings of between the theater with the its surroundings. Later, this effect was integrated with the existing geometric form of the theater and the form of the building took place.
The project was considered as the extension of the lines that continue in the same way from the end points of the current theater form, and that these lines reach the important elements of the city, these 3 important elements were determined as the surrounding channel, the st.Jean XXIII Church ve the sport pit of mogho naaba.
A terrace for the design and a green viewing area with different points of view were considered for these three separate points.
Considering the current geometric form of the theater, it was observed that it consisted of 2 identical triangles and one larger triangle.
and a circle was formed by continuing this fragment. After the upper point of the circle is connected from the corner points of the theater, planned to built the construction with form lines drawn from the intersecting parts,
created a mark for the movable roof and terrace.
When The determined tracks and the current tracks of the theater continue, the site plan of the area appeared.
Thus, the necessary units for the theater are located in the north of the situation, while the open area and the parking area are seen in the south.
There is an exhibition area at the entrance of the area.
There is a car parking lot on the left and right of the entrance area.
The units required for the theater were placed in the theater environment in accordance with the predetermined track.
The stage of the theater has been enlarged.
On the first floor, there are important connection rooms such as resting rooms, toilets, dressing rooms, rehearsal rooms, necessary storage areas for the stage. On the upper floor, studios such as videos, photographs working for the stage and accommodation area in there.
On the terrace of the 2nd floor, a navigation platform was created for the viewers and everyone there,
it is aimed to view the city from different points, perceive the theater area and spend time outdoors
Exit to the terrace is provided from more than one point.
There are connections from the ramp, the sides of the stage and the workshops at the entrance, which is accessible to everyone.
The solar panel roof above the terrace was considered as a mobile system, and it was aimed to cover the seating area where the audience is located, if necessary.
The sloping area between the terrace and the theater is designed as an interior garden, and a number of special needs areas such as workplaces and common toilets are placed in this garden.
The theater stage area was enlarged to be 15 m in depth and 22 m in width in line with geometric lines.
The building facade placed around the theater is designed so that horizontal wooden strips and glass are placed between them.
In order to carry the solar panel roof in the green terrace area, 30 cm / 30 cm uprights are placed in parallel.
