Tree - is a symbol of beauty, power and wisdom of nature. City is developing like a tree. It has its own history - a prototype of the root, stem. The future of the city - a new concept, new technology, new buildings. They are like a fresh branchesand leaves, giving rise to a new life.
City and nature are always interrelated and interdependent. The story of their struggle and community is instructive and interesting. The idea and image of the projected building are based on the discovery of this relationship.

The site of the proposed theatrical and variety art complex with underground parking is located in the Ekaterinburg in the boundaries of streets Nikolay Nikonova, Tolmacheva, Dzerzhinskogo and the embankment of the City pond.
The building is designed near sport center of "Dynamo", reconstructed stadium "Dynamo". It is supposed to connect KKT "Space" with a designed project. Such decision is caused by need of creation of convenience to movement between 2 complexes. In the territory of a theatrical and variety complex recreational zones, an amphitheater, boat station take place.

Technické informace

The planning concept of the project consists in division of object into 2 volumes. 1 block of a theatrical and variety complex includes 2 auditoriums on 1200 and 300 places, restaurant, administration, recreational and exhibition facilities.
The entrance a spectacular zone is placed from the main foot avenue. Coming into the building, visitors get to distributive atriumny space. It is possible to go down from level of the first floor in clothes, or to rise by above located levels. On which there are recreational, exhibition zones and auditoriums.
In the 2nd block administration, exhibition facilities, offices, trade rooms are placed. These 2 volumes on 1 floor are connected by transition for convenience of movement between 2 zones. Internal contour – fanlikely located frames.
