Idea projektu

The main idea of this project was to create bulding which would be comfortable, economic, modern and eco-friendly. Also this house was projected as a passive house.

Popis projektu

This house is situated into outskirt of town Volyně in South Bohemia. We talk about small city where is possible to project house in line with nature. Around house we can see large garden for inhabitants from this house. Building looks like symmetric house, but that isn’t true. First floor is on the east side with parking. There are four parking places whereas one of them is for disabled persons. In the top floor is on the west side located large terrace. Facade includes three basic colours, white, grey and darker grey colour.

Technické informace

Edifice has got three floors. On the first floor is just one flat which is intended for disabled people. Second floor has two common flats. Last one (top) floor has got again just one normal flat and large terrace. House includes staircase with elevator by SCHINDLER too. All walls and ceilings are made from POROTHERM products combined with concrete. Roof is eco-friendly because it’s green roof.
