CONCEPT :
- THE HISTORY OF PUNE IS KNOWN FOR ITS MARATHA EMPIRE. THE BUILDING IS LOCATED IN CORE OF PUNE CITY.
- THE MAIN IDEA FOR FORM OF STRUCTURE WAS TO CAPTURE THE SILHOUETTE OF KING SHIVAJI AND MAKE IS MORE ICONIC

- AT THE SAME TIME ORIENTATION ALSO PLAYED AN
IMPORTANT ROLE.
- THE BUILDING IS ORIENTED IN SUCH AWAY THAT
WIND FLOWS THROUGH THE STRUCTURE IN A
SMOOTH WAY AND VOIDS IN STRUCTURE AT
INTERVALS REDUCES THE WIND LOAD.
- STEP FORM OF STRUCTURE ON SOUTH SIDE TO
REDUCE HEAT GAIN.

THE PROJECT CONSIST OF COMMERCIAL AREA AND OFFICE AREA

The site is located in Pune near Deccan, the siteis traingular
in shape and is surrounded by two main arterial road and
one secondary road.
- The site is located in the zone where there are high number
of eateries and commercial shops.
- Students , senior citizens, professionals, residents are the
main user group.
- The building is a 34 storey highrise with commercial shops,
shopping street, food court ,corporate office, gym, creche,
fine dine restuarants and bank
- The area of site is 14925sqm and builtup area is 60000sqm.
- The structure has two plazas, one in the interior of building
and one outside the structure which keep the people
engaged.
- There is one car show room and one bike show room both
facing the main arterial road the shopping street intersects
the structure and is accessed by both arterial road.
- The structure does not have any compond wall
and attract people.
