THE SITE GIVEN IS A CONNECTING AREA BETWEEN TWO CITIES. THE AREA GIVEN IS NOT DEVELOPED AND DEVELOPING THAT AREA CAN CREATE A HAPPENING PLACE FOR THE PEOPLE .

THE DESIGN IS BASED ON URBAN DESIGN. THE AREA GIVEN IN FRONT OF RIVER IS NOT DEVELOPED. THE PURPOSE IS TO DEVELOP THE AREA INTO A BEAUTIFUL HAPPENING PLACE WHICH FUNCTIONS SYSTEMATICALLY AND THE PLANNING IS DONE IN A SIMPLER WAY SO THAT PEOPLE CAN ACCESS THE PLACE EASILY
Technické informace
A STRETCH OF 5 KM WAS GIVEN TO US OUT OF WHICH A 43 ACRES PATCH OF LAND WAS DEVELOPED. THE TECHNICAL DRAWINGS INCLUDE SITE PLAN, DETAILED FLOOR PLAN, ROAD LAYOUTS WITH SERVICES AND LANDSCAPING DETAIL.
