Idea projektu

The idea of the project is to create a compact living space with inner courtyards where people can understand what it is like to live together.

Popis projektu

In the project, a medium density settlement model consisting of different housing typologies with urban structure and positioned to form a pattern was adopted. Apart from the square, inner garden, street, green area and parks, which are proposed as common open living spaces, a main street is designed that is located at a single elevation and can be defined as the backbone of the settlement. There are retail trade units on the ground floors of the residential blocks that define the street. Within the scope of the project, different forms of settlement were used together. Settlement; Adjacent blocks that define public open spaces such as the inner garden, terrace and square have been established.
