Czekoladove - Chocolate centre

Idea projektu

CHOCOLOVE is cultural facility designed to disseminate a new local product that chocolate could become. It’s functional program provides an opportunity not only to taste and buy, but also to learn about the cocoa’s production process, use in artistic handcraft and relaxation treatments.

Popis projektu

The form of the building is inspired by warm chocolate dissolving under the influence of heat.

Technické informace

The project includes technical solutions for reinforced concrete internal walls, which are the building's structural and installation core. The cores are shielded by a golden corrugated sheet, which is a reference to the gold that covers the bar of chocolate. The facade is formed by a double glass structural partition based on steel columns. The greenhouse canopy consists of steel hangers.
