The context was a visually satisfying and simple shopping experience. Target environment: Public plaza/outlet mall strip

Popis projektu

Lengthwise, exists 5 concrete support columns with 4 widthwise. The front and behind of store features a 2nd floor overlook which provides more space for models or displays or even prioritized ones, of retail product, all the while saving space from down below on street-level. Planters placed outside, surrounding the structure for enhanced visual effect of possible environment.

Technické informace

Two floors with ~7,195 ft^2 of retail space. ~3,597 ft^2 between each floor. This size of space would be most suitable for mall/outlet mall stores such as Timbuk2 or Bed Bath & Beyond.
