Idea projektu

The aim of this project is not only to conserve the architecture of a certain area but also to conserve the living style of people residing there from decades. We believe for the better living three things matter the most.
The dwelling, Income, Outing. So in this project, we are trying to provide a good living space by giving better solutions of the apartments, by providing socio hub which will act as a local market as well as an income-generating building for skilled people and by providing different social interaction spaces which will be used as outing points for the people living there.

Vehicular traffic of the workshops will not have any link with the residential area. People would have better living options. The socio hub will provide an opportunity for the people to earn. Social interaction spaces and the street life due to the orientations of the apartments will keep the essence of their culture alive. Dayal Singh mansion, Ganga Ram mansion, and apartments will stand the same as an identity while socio hub a modern building will be focal for the outsiders which will help in generating income.

Technické informace

Providing workshops in a way that it does not have any connection and interaction with the residential area. Apartment buildings are oriented and designed in a way that it makes a better street life and social interaction among the people. Socio hub building providing income facilities for those people and giving social interaction spaces to keep them socially active. Pedestrianizing and landscaping the area by plants and trees for the less carbon content and covering the drain for less pollutant atmosphere.
